Federal Aviation Administration eFAST
The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) vehicle is the FAA’s preferred contracting method for small business contracts. eFAST is a multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) that offers an array of labor categories with approved ceiling rates. eFAST streamlines the procurement process by using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. While eFAST is an agency-wide acquisition vehicle, it can also be used by other Federal agencies when in the best interest of the Government.
Amaxiam is a participant in the FAA’s Mentor/Protégé Program, and qualifies in the procurement process for contract awards, including direct sole source 8(a) awards, in the following seven functional areas:
- Business Administration & Management (BAM)
- Research & Development(R&D)
- Engineering Services (ES)
- Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
- Computer Systems Support (CSS)
- Documentation & Training (D&T)
- Maintenance & Repair (M&R)
