eFAST is a multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) that offers an array of labor categories with approved ceiling rates. The vehicle streamlines procurement through a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards.

While eFAST is an agency-wide FAA acquisition vehicle, it may also be used by other Federal agencies when doing so is in the best interest of the Government.
